How to make Green Curry with Chicken

Curry is a liquid that Asian people make by combining a mixture of herbs, coconut milk and various spices. It is usually served with rice and meat. If you want to become a curry master, follow these simple steps and you too can make your own curry!

Here is a quick Green Curry with Chicken Recipe that I would like to share:

Green Curry with Chicken

A) You will need to go to an Asian store and obtain the following:

  1. Coconut Milk
  2. Chicken Stock
  3. Basil Leaves
  4. Fish Sauce
  5. Green Curry Paste
  6. Brown Sugar
  7. Red bell peppers, zucchini, carrots and every vegetable you can find
  8. Chicken Breasts

B) Once you have obtained all the ingredients, follow these next few steps!

  1. Get a saucepan
  2. Dump all your ingredients in (Except the vegetables and chicken) and boil it. Then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Next throw in the vegetables and Chicken. Simmer for ten minutes or until you feel like the chicken is cooked.
  4. Now you are done and ready to eat! Eat with Rice!

    I have never done curry but this looks easy enough so maybe I will try someday :O I just need to figure out from where I can buy curry paste…

    • Thanks for commenting! You can find Curry paste or Curry Sauce at any Asian market. Japanese markets also have their own style of curry (curry with rice) so you can also find some curry sauce there as well.
